Lush- Fresh Handmade Cosmetics

On a recent trip down to Atlantic City, NJ myself and my husband took a little stroll on the boardwalk and like always find ourselves in a mall. From the moment you walk in the mall you smell such great fragrance, that you have to figure out where it is coming from. Upon walking and inspecting a little further I realized there was a LUSH in the mall. I have always passed by one and never went in. We were staying at the Trump Taj Mahal, so I wanted to treat myself to a great shower when we returned back to the room.

The staff there was so pleasant and helpful! The young lady that was helping us was very energetic and knew her stuff which was such a plus since I can ask questions to someone until I’m blue in the face. I love to learn about new and natural products and learn how they are great for you and the environment.

In store they like to test the products on your skin as long as you’re not allergic to any of the ingredients in the item. They lift your hand and rub the product in, as well as telling you wants in it, how often you can use them, and even massage it in for you so you know exactly what to do. This was probably one of the best in-store experiences I have ever had at a store in my life. They had everything from fresh face masks, bath bombs, lotions, all natural soaps, shampoo and conditioners and so much more.

We picked out some items, made our last rounds around the store and made a promise to come back. Even though the five items we purchased added up to over $50 we knew the purchase was well justified, in that fact that everything was good for us and made by such an amazing company the stands for a great cause. If you haven’t checked out a LUSH store near you. Do yourself and favor and speed walk there.
